Josie TeahanJosie TeahanJosie Teahan has been with Water Hygiene Services for several years and she has gone from strength to strength, developing in her professional role. We wrote a news article on Josie’s last promotion, so it seemed only fair to congratulate her once again. We met up with Josie to ask her a couple of questions on her recent promotion: Congratulations on your new role. What is your new title?  My new title is Operations Manager. It is a great step up and I cannot wait to get started. What will your new role involve? Management of the full operations side of the business. This means managing the entire workforce on jobs all over the UK. I have to plan very carefully and ensure that as a team we deliver the work as efficiently as possible, on time and to the best of our ability. Who will you report into? I will report directly into the Director of the company, Ben Baldwin. What are you most looking forward to in your new position? Although I have been in Operations for some time now, I am very much looking forward to developing my managerial skills, as this is a brand new skill set I must learn. I have never been in a managerial position within the work place, however, I have shown the necessary attributes and attitude to step into this role with ease. I am also looking forward to launching and managing the new electronic system we have starting very soon. I will believe these systems will have a positive effect on the company and staff and will help towards us being even more efficient than we are. What do you enjoy most working for Water Hygiene Services? Working at Water Hygiene Services is great. The office has a diverse work environment with good team spirit. There are always new areas to learn and develop in if you really want it. The opportunities are endless, if you show the right can-do attitude and work hard.
