A portion of the Water Hygiene Services team completed an internal HTM 04-01 training day chaired by the MD Ben Baldwin.
The internal training day took place at the Social Enterprise Art Centre in Headingley, Leeds.
Ben said: “Health care is fast becoming a significant percentage of Water Hygiene Services’ turnover, therefore I personally wanted to create a bespoke internal training day for the team. Training days are never wasted opportunities, and it allows the team to have a refresher day. I have developed professionally, a lot over the past two years working closely with industry experts in health care, such as Authorising Engineers (AE’s) and professional departments within the NHS and it’s important I pass this knowledge to the team when possible. Even if it’s one or two areas the team can discover through additional training, for me as the MD this day has been a success allowing the team the opportunity to develop and grow.
